Lewis County Historic Bike Ride Release and Waiver:

Release and waiver, that I am the person attending, or a parent of the person attending, and I will be at least 18 years of age on May 11, 2024. I understand that bicycling is a physically strenuous activity and that riding on public roadways in inherently hazardous. I understand that the Lewis County Historic Bike Ride (LCHBR) takes place over public roadways and that I will be sharing these roadways with motor vehicles. I understand that as a bicyclist riding on public roadways, while I enjoy the same rights as motorists I must accept the same responsibilities as well. I understand that the LCHBR is a ride, not a race, and that I am required by Washington State law to operate my bicycle in compliance with the rules of the road. I fully accept and assume all risks and responsibilities for losses, injuries, costs, and damages I may incur as a result of my participation in the Lewis County Historic Bike Ride and I release from any and all liability the organizers of the Lewis County Historic Bike Ride, Lewis County, The state of Washington, the cities of Chehalis, Centralia, Winlock, Vader, and Napavine, and Hamm Radio Volunteers.
